• Customers can cancel the service before the technician’s visit without any charges.

2. Technician En-Route

• If the technician is already on the way or has reached the location, a visit charge may apply.

3. Company-Initiated Cancellation

• If we cancel the service due to technical or unavoidable reasons, customers will be informed immediately.
• Any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.
