Refund Policy

1. Service Refunds
  • Once the service is completed, no refund is applicable.
  • If the technician hasn’t visited your location yet, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
2. Part Replacement Refunds
  • Installed parts are non-refundable once used.
  • Only defective parts, if under warranty, will be replaced free of cost.
3. Wrong or Duplicate Payments
  • In case of accidental or duplicate payment, refunds will be issued within 3–7 working days.
